Animal rescue flight required asap for injured dog needing transport for urgent medical attention.
Posting on behalf of the Project Paws Dog Rescue for transport from Timmins ON to Barrie ON

Type of animal: Dog
Breed: Husky/Shepherd Cross
Weight: 50 lbs approx
Age: < 1 year
Sex/Status: Intact
Vaccination status: Unvaccinated
Transport Carrier/Crate etc.: Rescue can provide crate but have not yet provided dimensions
Transport Coordinator Remarks: This request is to transport asap. Mars was a stray dog coming into care from Kashachewan ON he has a broken leg (hit by an arrow) although resting comfortably - extra care in handling will be required. Reportedly Mars could also travel without a crate but this should be discussed with Rescue.
