Meet Murphy, a sweet Golden Retriever rescued in partnership with @goldenrescuecanada now safely on his way to a new beginning in Peterborough, Ontario! 💛
This two-leg journey started in Quebec, where our amazing volunteer pilot Frédéric Veilleux flew Murphy to Eastern Ontario. From there, volunteer pilot @kai.salvini
took over and flew him to his loving foster family in Ontario.

Meet Buddy, a loving golden retriever who was surrendered by his previous owner, but now is one step closer to finding his forever home. This sweet pup luckily had a friend to accompany his journey safely throughout the skies, with our incredible volunteer pilot @Kai.Salvini!
We are deeply grateful to @Northern.Aviation and @luxfbo for their special and generous support on making sure Buddy’s landing went as smoothly as possible.
Thanks to our compassionate partners, we’re looking forward to making more second chances happen! 🐶💛

🧡 Here’s how to prepare:
✅ Pack a “go bag” with food, water, medications, ID tags, vet records, and a leash or carrier.
✅ Know where you’ll go — map out routes and look for animal-friendly shelters in advance.
✅ Microchip your pets and keep ID tags current.
✅ Practice loading animals into vehicles calmly.
✅ Follow official updates from the Manitoba Wildfire Service — evacuate early if needed.
