[Sticky] Post Transport Report

As outlined in the Reimbursement Policy, volunteers that incur costs during transport missions may claim that cost as a gift to the organization. Under this policy, pilots may claim fuel and operational costs associated with a transport mission as a charitable donation. The Canadian Wings of Rescue issues one charitable receipt including all your claims over the course of a calendar year.  Charitable receipts are issued, and distributed, no later than February 28th of the following calendar year in accordance with CRA regulations.  However, to claim these costs, volunteer pilots must complete the required "Post Transport Report".  

It is important to note that any flights which are not arranged/coordinated by CWoR and assigned a PAWPRINT (PP) flight number will not be eligible for a charitable receipt.
